Refill the aerosol in under a minute

The 8 oz aerosol is the part of the system you actually carry onto the floor. It ships pre-filled, but it is not disposable — when it runs low, top it up and keep moving. A gallon jug refills it about sixteen times.
What you need
- A refillable aerosol that is running low (P/N GS-A08)
- An 8 oz refill bottle (GS-R08) or the gallon jug (GS-J128)
- A rag for the inevitable drip
The refill
- Unscrew the cap. The spray head lifts off the canister — no tools, no valve to bleed.
- Pour to the shoulder. From a refill bottle or straight from the jug. Leave a little headspace at the top; do not fill to the brim.
- Seat the head and spray once. A short burst confirms flow. If the stream sputters, reseat the head and try again.
- Back in the box. Cap the jug, wipe the can, done.
Total elapsed time: about a minute, most of it pouring.
Running the system
- The aerosol and refill bottle are on auto-reorder at 3 or 4 month intervals; the gallon jug runs on 12. Every shipment gets a heads-up email with skip and cancel links, so nothing shows up unannounced.
- Heavy users: skip the refill bottle entirely and run aerosol + jug. One gallon is roughly a year of typical maintenance use.
- Keep a rag under the pour. Grime-seen lifts grime; it does not distinguish between a belly panel and the bench top.
