When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. If you check the marketing opt-in box, we keep your email on our list for product news.

How we use it

Your information is used to fulfill and ship your order (via FedEx), process payments (via Stripe), send order and subscription emails, and — only if you opt in — occasional product updates. We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone.

Third parties

We share the minimum needed with our processors: Stripe (payments), FedEx (shipping), and our email provider (order notifications). Each is bound by their own privacy obligations.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email. To access, correct, or delete your customer record, contact us at the address below.

Data retention

Order records are retained for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
